We understand the importance of being able to remain at home and are honored that our clients choose us, which is why we have a thorough interview and vetting process for each of our aides.
We exclusively hire experienced aides who can speak professionally, cook proficiently, and show genuine care for their clients. Upon being hired, we require all of our aides to complete a comprehensive training regimen before they can start working, regardless how much experience they have, in order to ensure our concierge standards are upheld.

Anchor Select is founded on 18 years of experience in the home healthcare industry.
Our founder, Ari Greenfeld, started working for his father’s home care agency in 1999 and founded Anchor Select in 2017, using his experience and the knowledge he gained to create a home care agency that provides concierge service while retaining a warm, familial quality.
